Breakfast or Brunch here is exquisite. The Shirred Eggs is amazing, served in an iron skillet. The omelets are amazing and salmon hash worth every penny. Portions are perfect–you wont find a half pound of greasy hash browns as filler here. Coffee is amazing and plentiful. Depending on how busy they are, you can ask for a french press over the drip for an extra rich cup of coffee. Kudos to Jeremy and Kate Hansen for bringing great food to Spokane.
