Thank you for submitting your service request.
- In most cases, we ask you to leave only your computer. Unless you think an accessory is related to the problem, your cases, cables, and adapters are best kept in your possession.
- If you suspect an issue with your hard drive, please bring your TimeMachine backup drive with the computer.
- We will diagnose the computer shortly after drop off, and will contact you via phone or email.
- Once we have diagnosed issue, we will contact you with a quote detailing the expected charges.
Transporting your machine:
iMac: We recommend transporting your iMac in it’s original shipping box. If you no longer have the box, lay the iMac, screen face down on a soft towel or blanket in your back seat. Use a seat belt to secure the iMac.
Mac Pro: Lay your Mac Pro down on it’s side on a soft towel or blanket in your trunk.
MacBook, MacBook Pro, iBook, PowerBook: Laptops are highly portable devices. We recommend transporting these in a protective case. We will ask you to hold on to your case during the repair or upgrade.
If you need to pick up or drop off outside of business hours, please call us in advance, so we can ensure someone is available for you.
